This policy explains how IlmBridge uses information submitted through the consultation form and University Match tool.

Information we collect
The consultation form collects name, contact and education details. University Match uses only study level, field, GPA, test scores, budget, location preferences and optional experience text; it does not ask for a name, email or phone. Do not submit passport, ID, banking, exact address or health data, or upload documents.
How we use information
Consultation data is used to assess your profile and contact you. The University Match profile is compared with criteria in the IlmBridge database only in your browser and is not sent to a server. Data is not sold for advertising or used for marketing without separate consent.
Retention and deletion
University Match profiles are not written to an IlmBridge database; they may be stored only for the browser session and can be removed with “Clear my data.” The browser may delete session data after the page is closed. Email the address on this site to correct or delete consultation data.
