General contact and profile information entered on this site is used only to provide the service you request. For your security, do not enter or upload passport or ID details, bank card or account numbers, your exact home address, medical information, or other sensitive data.

Information we collect
The consultation form collects name, contact and education details. Anonymous University Match does not request a name, email or phone. When a personal account is created, we may store the verified email, name, optional contact details, education history, test scores, admissions preferences, and experience and skills entered by the user for a CV. Do not submit passport, ID, banking, exact address or health data, or upload documents.
How we use information
Consultation data is used to assess your profile and contact you. In anonymous University Match, final matching runs in the browser and the profile is not written to the database. Personal-account data is used at the user’s request to reopen the profile, calculate matching universities, create the CV view and save it as PDF. The match index is not an admission probability. Data is not sold for advertising or used for marketing without separate consent.
Where processing occurs
The site and API run on Cloudflare Pages and Workers; consultation and account records are stored in Cloudflare D1. Cloudflare may also process technical request metadata. A consultation-booking notification is sent through Resend to a fixed staff email address and contains the visitor’s full name, selected contact channel, the corresponding email address or phone number, appointment date, time and timezone, and the request ID. If email is not configured or delivery fails, a fallback notification is sent to Telegram without the visitor’s name, email address, phone number or profile.
Password and session security
Passwords are not stored in plaintext; only a salted one-way hash is retained. Sign-in sessions use a Secure, HttpOnly and SameSite cookie that JavaScript cannot read. Use a unique password and never share it.
Retention and deletion
An anonymous University Match profile is kept only for the browser session. Consultation records receive a 12-month retention period and newsletter records 24 months; expired records are removed by bounded automatic cleanup, except for an active request or legal obligation. An account profile is kept until the account is deleted; accounts inactive for 24 months are reviewed for deletion. “Delete account” removes the profile and related data from the active database. A deleted copy may remain in Cloudflare D1 Time Travel backup for no more than 30 days and then expires automatically. Email the address on this site to correct or delete data.
